Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Austin ENT Clinic's Response to COVID-19:
Austin ENT Clinic is committed to the safety of our patients, physicians and staff members and the Austin community. Austin ENT Clinic continues to serve the Austin community with excellent care. Please understand that Austin ENT Clinic is not a COVID-19 screening site. In an effort to limit the spread of coronavirus, you should stay home and call us if you have a fever, cough, fatigue, shortness of breath or have been exposed to someone with confirmed or suspected coronavirus infection.
If the above does not apply to you and you have an appointment within the Austin ENT Clinic, you will be allowed a maximum of one adult companion to accompany you to your appointment. You should leave children at home unless a child is the patient. You should not bring other children with you to your child's appointment. You will be screened at the entry of the clinic with a few questions and your temperature will be taken. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work together to minimize the spread of COVID-19.
Austin ENT Clinic clinical staff members are trained and committed to standard sanitation and infection control practices and adhering to good personal hygiene protocols.
