Alexandra Baker, MPAS, PA-C
Alexandra obtained her undergraduate degree in biomedical science at Texas A&M University in College Station in 2008. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in December 2010.
Alexandra is a member of the Central Texas Physician Assistant Society and sees both pediatric and adult patients in our Central Austin office Monday-Friday.

Michelle Grimes, MPAS, PA-C
Michelle is a certified physician assistant with Austin ENT. She attended Texas A&M University and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in biomedical science in 2007. She then earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.
Michelle is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and she is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. Michelle works under the supervision of Dr. Robert Butler, from whom she has received training in all aspects of general otolaryngology. They see patients in the South Austin, Southwest Village, and Bastrop offices.
Outside of the office Michelle enjoys fitness, food, and travel with her husband and pets.
