Alexandra Baker, MPAS, PA-C
Alexandra obtained her undergraduate degree in biomedical science at Texas A&M University in College Station in 2008. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in December 2010.
Alexandra is a member of the Central Texas Physician Assistant Society and sees both pediatric and adult patients in our Central Austin office Monday-Friday.

Michelle Grimes, MPAS, PA-C
Michelle is a certified physician assistant with Austin ENT. She attended Texas A&M University and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in biomedical science in 2007. She then earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.
Michelle is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Michelle works under the supervision of Dr. Robert Butler, from whom she has received training in all aspects of general otolaryngology. They see patients in the South Austin and Bastrop offices.
She also has a special certification in administering Botox for treatment of headaches, TMJ and general cosmetic enhancements.
Outside of the office Michelle enjoys her family, fitness and food.

Elizabeth Yarotsky, MPAS, PA-C
Elizabeth Yarotsky was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with honors with a degree in Speech Language Pathology in 2007. She then went on to earn her master’s degree with honors in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from Baylor College of
Medicine at the Texas Medical Center in Houston.
Elizabeth Yarotsky is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the Central Texas Physician Assistant Society. After graduation, she worked for over 7 years in the Texas Medical Center at MD Anderson Cancer Center as a physician assistant in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology.
She now joins us to support Dr. Taylor Shepard and Dr. Michael Yium. They see patients in the South Austin and Southwest Village offices.
