Ms. Tiller has been employed with Austin Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic for over ten years.  She is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Texas School of Nursing and completed her Master of Science in Nursing with honors from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, where she completed over 700 clock hours in direct pediatric clinical training.  Upon graduation, she was honored with the Putnam Leadership in Clinical Excellence Award, was elected Outstanding Master’s Graduate by her peers, and was a featured speaker at commencement.   She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, Phi Eta Sigma, and Phi Kappa Phi national honor societies and is a Fellow of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, where she was recently appointed as a national representative.  She is an active leader in advanced practice nursing, where she is a member of Texas Nurse Practitioners, Coalition for Nurses in Advanced Practice, the Austin Advanced Practice Nurses’ Association, Central Texas Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and the Society of Otolaryngological and Head-Neck Nurses Pediatric Group.  Ms. Tiller is also a published author in the field of pediatric advanced practice nursing and is a frequent presenter at local and national meetings.   

Outside her practice, Ms. Tiller and her husband, Scott, enjoy water sports, biking, travel, and spending time with family.  Additionally, she is a classically trained vocalist and performs in Austin regularly.  She also serves as a volunteer pediatric nurse practitioner at the Children’s Wellness Center in Del Valle and the People’s Community Clinic in Austin, both of which provide pediatric healthcare services to indigent and uninsured children in Travis County. Jen is also a volunteer with Ready Texas Nurses, the emergency response nursing division of the Governor's office, where she assists with the medical care and evacuation of children in disaster areas.
