J. Scott Sebastian , MD
Dr. Sebastian grew up in Lubbock, Texas and studied philosophy at Baylor University before studying medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston (UTMB). After graduating from medical school, he completed his General Surgery internship at the University of Illinois at Chicago. His Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery residency was completed at the Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary in Chicago. Residency in Chicago included extensive training at Children's Memorial Hospital, Cook County Hospital as well as the University of Illinois Medical Center. Academic honors include Phi Beta Kappa at Baylor University and Alpha Omega
Alpha at UTMB.

Dr. Sebastian is a member of the Travis County Medical Society and the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. He treats both pediatric and adult patients and specializes in all aspects of Otolaryngology. Dr. Sebastian is board certified in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery (about Otolaryngology). Dr. Sebastian aims to utilize the most up to date and scientifically proven methods to treat all head and neck disorders. He believes in healthy physician-patient relationships where well-informed patients are directly involved in making decisions about their healthcare.

He and his wife Barbara live in beautiful Austin where they both practice medicine and enjoy the outdoors and culture of the city and Hill Country. Dr. Sebastian is available to patients at our Central Office and in Dripping Springs on Wednesday afternoons.
