Dr. Morgan attended Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and graduated with honors in 1975. His internship was in Internal Medicine at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina and his residency training in general surgery and Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery was at Baylor. He has fellowship training in Head and Neck Surgery and has been in private practice in Austin since 1982. Dr. Morgan is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
