 Payment for your medical services is considered part of your medical care. We feel that it is in your best interest to understand your financial responsibilities for your care. Austin Ear, Nose & Throat Clinic is contracted with many insurance companies. It is our policy to file the insurance claims for those contracted companies. The major networks that we contract with are:
As participating providers in the above insurances, you will be expected to pay your portion at the time of service (copay or coinsurance). We will file the claim to your insurance for their portion of payment. If we are not contracted with your insurance, we will still be happy to see you for your medical needs. The difference is that you will file your own insurance. Payment in full for your services will be expected at the time of service. We will provide you with the necessary receipt to attach to your personal claim form. Your insurance company will reimburse you directly. We do not file secondary insurance policies. You will be expected to pay your copay or coinsurance for the primary insurance. You will be provided with a receipt and instructions on how to file your secondary insurance. |
